Providing on site assessments of Roofing, Walls and Windows/Glazing, Asphalt Parking & Concrete Hardscape, Light Standards, Mechanical & Electrical Systems. Our assessments provide 5, 10 or 20 year capital planning and include budgets for Immediate Repairs and/or Replacement.
When it’s time to execute the capital plan, BTC Group will prepare the specifications and full tender package. The specifications are always job and region specific, ensuring local bylaws and industry best practices are followed. BTC has significant experience using client specific frontends and/or bidding services. As an easy option, we have our own online bidding system and client portal which both provide full transparency to our clients.
