February 22, 2023BTC Group is pleased to announce that Mr. Kyle Mosley has reached an agreement to purchase a majority of the shares of Building Technologies Consulting Inc (BTC Group) and its subsidiaries. Effective immediately, Mr. Mosley will become the President of the company, and will oversee all operations. All existing contracts, invoicing, and billing remains the same.
Sean McVeigh will remain with the company in the role of Vice-President, Corporate Accounts.
Robert Venasse will continue in the role of Vice-President, Technical Services, although he will be taking a leave of absence to deal with personal matters, with a limited in-house advisory role in the short/medium term.
After 12 years of experience with BTC, and a current BTC team bursting with senior staff and energetic newer employees, we trust that Kyle and the whole BTC Group team will continue to provide excellent service and sound engineering solutions, while continuing our ongoing growth in the Canadian Engineering marketplace.
